Hello DeeBee, just curious , did you entered phase 1 and got the interview and afterwards , when posting results came , they rejected you with a ‘unsuccessful’ and then during phase 2?? u applied another or what? then finally phase 3 they accepted you ? im confused , which phase are you in exactly ? 1 or 2?

Hey dude. I applied during Phase 1. I got shortlisted for the Interview. On 9th Feb, they called me for an interview for three choices that I chose. Yesterday, when I checked my outcome in the portal, it said that it was "UNSUCCESSFUL". I was very disappointed so I decided to apply again during Phase 2, which is on 12th March 2018 for me {As I've mentioned before, I'm a Singapore PR with an International Qualification}. But then, a miracle happened today. I got a mail from RP saying that my application was successful. I got a bit mindfcked so I called them up. The lady said that I've been selected and there's no confusion at all. So yeah. I didn't apply for Phase 2.

My choices were - Human Resources with Psychology, Business Application, Business Information Systems, and Information Technology.

For the interview, I had to attend Business Application, Business Information Systems, and Information Technology.

Now, I'm selected for Business Application, which was my first choice.

Hii anyone here got into human resource management with psychology? If any, mind giving me an idea of what questions to expect since im slotted for the phase 3 batch? If none, telling me the general interview questions to expect will also be greatly appreciated.

I think they'll be asking you more about the topic. I've been selected for Business Application.

When I went for my interviews, I was very nervous. It grew worse during my Information Technology interview. I had no idea about it. The interviewer kept asking me IT IT IT questions. But, when I went for my Business Application interview, the lady was quite nice to me, and she told me that even if I really don't have much clue about the topics, they just wanted to see whether are we really ready for the choices we've made.

Before you go for your interview, I suggest you gain knowledge on the choices that you've taken.

I applied for Phase 1 and it now says 'In Progress' . Should I wait for the results for my Phase 1 application or should I just apply for Phase 3? My application in Phase 1 won't be revoked, right?

I also applied JAE and accepted my ITE Higher Nitec course as a backup but registration for the ITE course is on March 14/15. I'm scared the DAE results won't be out by then. Will my DAE applications be revoked if I already register and paid for my ITE HN course?

I suggest you call RP. But from what I know, it will not get revoked.

Call them and asked them about it. They'll help you.

I did the same thing and during the interview during phase 2, I was assured that I will get a place but ended up was rejected.

yeah i finished but did not receive any emails. from what i know it seems like you will only receive your enrolment package after you have completed your online enrolment.

I got my enrolment package before the online enrolment. I got it three days after my successful application result came through email.

And they'll ask questions like ,'Why do you want to pursue it?' or 'Why do you like it?' or 'What inspired you to take it?' And more.
