RT Session for the morning one gone?

In the e services of booking rt. The booking of morning session no longer display but night sessions. Last time my unit send recall letter to attend have morning session. I'm from spf reservist procom. Anyone from saf and scdf face this issue?

Also additional : Is it possible to write in email to my unit to book rt 20 session, like recall order.
