Yes now s 21 and note 20 begin green line, need wait 2 years then slowly green line.

You know if the screen spoils within warranty you can go.to Samsung

If its after one year its costly to repair at Samsung and big question mark whether your handphone shop can repair it

My S22U screen got issues right after the 1 year warranty.

Kinda pisses me off. Didn't get it fixed. Just gonna endure until next iPhone comes out. Might just jump over to iOS camp and get it over and done with.

What kind of screen issues?

Not very good at describing, so here goes.

In adaptive refresh rate mode, right side of the phone will be extra bright and washed out.

But if i switch to fixed 60hz, it returns back to almost normal.

But on the other hand, at 60hz, left side top corner will have a shadow thing, and right side of the phone will show as green pixel, so yellow cheese now looks mouldy green lolol.

Doesn't affect photo taking and uploading online etc.

I need to use a seperate phone to take a pic in order to GPGT.

No time to visit and ask.

Besides, my phone has a lot of company related apps and authentication token for work purposes.

The thought of the downtime and need to pay for the downtime is off putting.

At this stage, i rather just get a new phone, sit down and do 1x proper transfer, then new phone tolong tolong let me tahan for few years.

Can't be bothered for such admin stuff. The S22U, just keep it as spare phone or just treat it as a cycling camera.

Green pink lines is the screen flex cable has misalignment or corrosion from moisture. Green lines appears after firmware update is the cpu overheating amplified existing defect. Below is green lines on mate 30 and iphone 11 promax screen but is same for all phone. Needs the specialised microscope alignment and bonding machine.

Another way is replace the whole screen assembly with new set.
