Run game with GPU

Hi all, does anybody has problem running game with GPU?
I have a Nvidia GEFORCE GT 650M but the POE (Path of Exile) only uses Integrated.
I tried to right click and run with the graphics card but it says "you don't have the privilege to select the graphics processor in this menu".

Any clue?
