Hi guys, I have recently build my own rig, just 2 months ago.
Lately i've been noticing some washers and screws are getting rusted.
Say for my CPU Liquid Cooler Kraken X61, the 4 big screws that are used to bolt the cooler down to the motherboard are getting about 30% rust on them. The washers use to hold the fans are also getting rusted and spreading to the screws.
Lastly, a minor part of my Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming has some rust on small metal rings on the backplate part.
I don't really know if other parts are getting rusted but is this a serious concern and should i do something about it?
Thanks!

You might want to check for water leakage. Rusty components are a bad sign.

Is your room air conditioned? If yes, it might be the condensation.

If there is space in casing, put a box of thirsty hippo inside.
