Rx 570

I just brought a rx 570 on lazada from seller best bargain computers. A afox 8gb rx 570. After installing and setting up. I tried to play pupg light. It’s doing much worse then my former gtx 750ti. How can I check if this rx 570 is the real deal ?

Try use gpu-z and check. https://www.extremetech.com/gaming/...detection-capability-to-combat-counterfeiting

Check what display output the gpu has. For example how many hdmi or display port it has? Are there any vga port etc?

Note that the below method might void the gpu warranty so only do this as a last resort or you don't mind voiding the gpu warranty.
Remove the gpu cooler then remove the thermal paste from the gpu die. After that google the model number on the gpu die and check what gpu is it online.

Are u still using i5 3470 system? Windows 10 or 7? Driver updated?

My system is the same only updated ram to 16gb and gpu. Ok bosses later tonight I ss and show the gpuz info, it’s does not have any vga or dvi output. It has only 1 hdmi and 3 display port. I will upload the photo tonight

Did u run DDU to completely remove nvidia drivers before installing amd drivers??

I did not run ddu but I uninstall all the drivers before installing the amd drivers

known issue/conflict. get rid of all nvidia stuff. afterburner, precision, drivers, 3rd-party software, everything. use only amd drivers and Radeon Settings and set your power curves

I did not run ddu but I uninstall all the drivers before installing the amd drivers

Also imo, a good practice aside from using DDU, is to download your GPU drivers beforehand, and thereafter disable your internet(or plug out cable) before installing drivers/changing a new graphics card. The last thing you really want is sh!tty windows update automatically installing crap when they detect a new system component

Remove the amd driver as well. Then reinstall again. Alternatively u can reinstall windows on a new hdd and install driver to test.

Device Id looks correct.

u can try...
- updating your mb bios.
- reinstall your OS.
- try on another pc if same issue... RMA

use this chance to clean install windows 10 if u r still using windows 7...

I ran the world war benchmark. On mid, max FPS 140, high max at 91 ultra at 81. What u all think ? Can I say that if I update to windows 10 the performance will be better ?
