These have not been released yet. From what I can see online they are expected to hit the market in October.

Was half asleep reading. It is out as of 2019 but yes why buy a 6/6 when u can get a 6/12 by topping up a little?

3500 available to OEM only (Dell, Acer etc)
Shortfall of 3500 is it doesn't have hyperthreading, 6 cores 6 threads, vs DIY 3600 of 6 cores 12 threads.

3500X currently exclusive to China's market.

no point buying 3500, unless cannot source 2600, want brand new and only for gaming. keep in mind this is the 3500x review, non x is slightly slower. even then, can top up abit for 3600 which is a much better chip.
