Hi, wondering is there any condos or apartment or studio around 600sqft at the price of S$700k.
I'm looking for ready to move in unit or TOP by next april, old condos will be fine so long in good conditions.
Drop me a line and thanks.

No evening sun, high floor, good condition so that I don't have to come out with extra amount for big renovations. I don't expect to get somewhere near MRT station or town area. And I don't mind those without facilities like swimming pool or gym as I don't have to pay for the high management fees also.

:s13: honestly a resale hdb suits u better :p

if I were u, I would prefer to get a 600sqft 2 bedder instead. Cost the same anyway.
Perhaps for yr reqmt above, u can try riversound/pallette but might top end of 2014 earliest.

personally I wun recommend u to go for resale condo of a leasehold nature if the location is lousy :)

Maybe wait awhile see property price will plummet or not lol.

If not 700K to get those requirements for immediate occupancy condo abit tough.

I'm a PR here and single and Singapore government won't allow one single PR to buy resale hdb. Sighhhhh

I understand the market is hot nowadays and it's uneasy to get one also. So, I do hope I could get mine soon also. Never give up and I pray hard.

Go to a property website and plug in your requirement in the search engine.

Did it on propertyguru and it spit out 1 (!) result found. 688sf in pasir ris, not bad 999-LH some more.....

I think it goes to show supply of resale appts is small due to all these cooling measures, only developers are making big sales now.

tink now wif the new TDSR rule, condo resale will be very sluggish as sellers will be unwilling to sell. So u hv better chances buying new launches or the leftovers fm previous launches.
