S&CC bill payment

It's really a simple qn which I can't really ans online...

If the HDB is under town council A, can I pay the s&cc bill personally at town council B's branch office? I've been paying the bills for my father's s&cc and isn't comfortable with giro... There are closer branch offices to me than the one managing his HDB...

Anyone with the info or has tried before?

Unheard of.

I am paying for two units ($39.50 and $80) by internet payments every month without fail. I was not aware of the government rebates and hence always got credit balance.

Over a period of time, one unit was been overpaid by 8 months while the other unit went into a debit position of only $4.50 because I got the two units mixed up. For the $4.50 debit, I was penalised $5 late penaty despite explaining the error in payments.

I think he mean credit card rebate.
