After getting too many random charging problems with third party cables and chargers, I had enough and only bought original cables and chargers. Never had an issue since.

Easily >80% of such problems all caused by third party cable/chargers. Doesn't matter if they claim to be rated for the spec or not. Just very annoying and not worth the time trying to troubleshoot it. Buy original and never have to fuss about it again

Buying 3rd party, have been using all the way 3rd party since 2012. No issues so far. The issues is... whether you buy from a reputable 3rd party. You keep buying the cheap 3rd party options and dubious brands. Sure you will never find good one for those brands.

Buy big brands 3rd party. Simple as that.

Nah, I bought 'highly rated' Ugreen/Baseus charger and cables that worked at first, then later on didn't work or slow charging speed. Some were OK all the way. Luck of the draw, hit/miss build quality. If the person doesn't need high speed charging, sure anything goes.

Not everyone is affected. You're fortunate. But some are not so lucky. Amazon 1 or 2 star reviews of all these 3rd party chargers and cables is illuminating and I'd recommend anyone to check some of them out.

If you're talking about expensive 3rd party options like Belkin etc, then might as well get original already.

Check cable. Likely cable issues and not rated more than 3A
Tried 3 different cables rated 100W including a Baseus. Whenever it hits 40w it will reset and then go up up up to 40w again and reset

Battery temperature below 37 degrees when charging so don't think it's overheating.

I have yet to see any of my 2016 stuffs failing. Choetech, Cablematters, ugreen, baseus, anker yet to fail.

I have yet to see my ugreen stuffs failing. In fact the oldest of the bunch is 1st gen ugreen c to c cable that is rubber cable. Yet to fail since 2018.

Any way i digress. You think original charger is that good? Head to their samsung website itself. Look at those reviews.

All chargers be it original or 3rd party. These are Rectifiers. Their job is to convert AC to DC power. These are the things that fail easily. Like you say fortunate fine. Not fortunate then things do happen.

Check properly. Why do you have a usb logo on the top left connecting and disconnecting? Dont tell me you use computer to charge?

Just as an update, I gotten the Spigen Arcfield Wireless Charger, if any of you have a spigen case, you will see an advertisement piece of paper that comes with your case saying the wireless charger charges faster than most 3rd party wireless chargers and on par with samsung's.

Today I gotten the wireless charger and paired with samsung's own 35w charger, the wireless charging is quite faster than my previous xiaomi wireless charger, fyi for those interested in wireless charging.

I bought at $41...Good price...grip slipery
Does the camera circle cut outs has enough clearance or allowance to use with the Lens protectors? I bought the spigen liquid armor but the camera is still slightly protruding outside and makes direct contact with the surface when we keep down.
