s3 no network overseas

Help, currently in KL but my s3 suddenly dont have any mobile network... cant make phone call it says not registeted on network... above dont have the "R" logo for roaming..

First time this has happened cos i recently always travel up to KL.. tried searching for network but cant connect also..

The only thing i did was connect to wechat but cant so i did a disgnosis check...
