factory reset the phone without putting any sim card in. let it start up and the telco customisations won't take place as there is no sim card inside.

I see, thanks! Do u know if Android Kitkat is available on the S4 mini non cam? Wanna see if xsp mode will receive 4.4.2.

you can try the update function in the phone to see if there is update. if not, you can head over to sammobile to download the 4.4.2 and flash using odin.

I have a S4 Mini Non-Cam for sale (from starhub, with certs and everything)
bought about this time last year, so no more warranty.

Phone is rooted, running Cyanogenmod. (stable) everything works fine though.

physical 8/10
working 10/10

just the phone and a flip cover from "rock" - replaces the back cover (still have original though)
