S4 power sharing?

just today when i tried to charge my S4 using Xiaomi powerbank, it showed up a power sharing notification instead. After a few attempts it drained off my battery's power and now i cannot start it even with another cable and source.

It has also damaged my charging cable...

anyone experienced this before?
