I think an s4 would fare better.. Judging from the screen size and the battery..
S4 has a higher resolution and fiercer processor as well. But I read most users of both phones concur that a note 2 can last longer than a s4.

I still feel note 2 is so much better.

Till date that is what i call a smartphone. A much capable or so call should be a criteria of a smartphone should be.

Screen size is big. But of cause not as good as s4 in terms of resolution. But if you are talking about battery then i would say the note 2 is way much better than the s4. 2 days is an easy hit. Morning full charge at 7am, go to work use it for hefty calls, little whatsapp, surf hwz, play a little of candy crush during lunch times and in mrt. With that i can have about 59% when i reach home at 7pm. At home hook to Wifi. At night when sleeping phone goes to block mode wifi off. From 10pm to 7am in the morning i'm left with 45%. This 45% till 7pm when i reach home should have 5% left. At 20% i activate battery saver mode. So should be suffice even if i decide not to go home but to go out makan dinner time. But of cause i would bring out a spare batt just in case of emergency at least i have my back up options. And of cause an external 10400mAh portable battery on standby for any of my gadgets that i brought to work dies on me lol.

Next is i find the phone Spen and Snote is way convenient. Imagine you on a call, pulling out the Spen and a small Snote pops up and you can write down anything. So cool loh. Snote to me is a very nice feature. Together with Spen marvelous. Screenshot what i need using the Spen, not what i don't need.

Stable OS for now. Smooth transitions.

Specs wise is not as good as S4. But you must thing is a 7 months old phone already. It took 7 months after to have a phone like S4 to beat this specs. So in terms of specs im confident to say it is still number 2 in market.

One man's meat is another man's poison.

I dun like Note 2 due to its huge size and the stylus. Find stylus is very old school. It is like going back to Windows Mobile days.

S4 5" screen is the max I can accept for a phone. :)

If I want anything bigger, I will go for a tablet.

Ditto for me too. I like the big screen, but feasibility wise, just doesn't suit me.. I like to use my phone one handed and etc. I just got an s3 extended battery, 3k Milli amps, battery life is a beast seriously ;D

I used the moto razr for awhile before dumping it off.

Not that great.

Hmm so it's battery life vs screen resolution?

True enough. The htc butterfly 1080 screen, see already also feel like getting it
