monitor further and sell it off at a reasonable price to prevent hugh losses..

frm what i noe.. IPO listing the price is slightly higher than the usual price that big investors bought.. so maybe u are rite.. they still earn even though they sell it off

To be expected after the flare-up in the far east and lingering Eurozone debt issues. Just hard luck that this IPO was launched at the wrong time.

i apply for 15 lot of mewah and got 4 lots ! . I just gave away $400 plus as early christmas present. haiz

Perhaps the original intention of most people was to punt and stag Sabana REIT, hence when it opened and traded below IPO price many people became clearly disappointed. The prospect of quick, easy and effortless money seems to have gone up in smoke....

As to understanding and really analyzing the prospects of Sabana REIT and its portfolio, not many (including myself) would have bothered to go through the lengthy prospectus filled with jargon.
