Sounds more like a design flaw than quality control issue.

Maybe rough handling or washing
Try not to buy oversized

Shorts got inner ‘underwear’ and u shld be wearing own underwear too

I've gone thru various generations of PT kit

- Grey top, black shorts
- Grey top with army word behind, black shorts
- Brown top, black shorts
- Green top, black shorts

Never had any issues. Only the boots suck. Anything after the Goretex series totally CMI.

They oso no scare zaogeng, like very comfy for their size

Maybe u need to lose weight
