Sometimes when I open the safari app, will be directed to a game download in all store. Anyone knows why?

Nope, no way to disable them even with other browsers that have pop-up blocking functions.

Have your jailbreak your iPhone? If yes, anything is possible.

Else it would be most likely the websites that you were visiting.

You can try clearing your cookies and data for your safari.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies and Data.

The only way I know is to disable JavaScript but that would make many websites problematic...

Hopefully it can be fixed in a software update.

looks like this will b fixed in iOS 8

Safari

Note
Safari now blocks ads from automatically redirecting to the App Store without user interaction. If you still see the previous behavior, or find legitimate redirection to the App Store to be broken in some way, please file a bug.
You can now quickly add a site to Shared Links or save a bookmark by tapping and holding on the bookmarks button.
