please share your experience safra e1 pep? is it better than normal IPT?
What is the traning program & what time finiesh & total 8 or 10 lesson?

IPT is so that u can skip RT even if u fail IPPT Right. the safra e1 pep can?

Abit different from IPT...IPT is free while SAFRA e1 pep need to pay...

The subscription fees are $180 for SAFRA E1 Gym members, $200 for SAFRA members and $250 for the public.

mean can just go 8 session and skip RT? but very expensive.

It's still ipt, so same rules apply. The reason for the fee is because u are going to safra to do your ipt instead of an army camp.

And I believe u are receiving more centralized training since there are fewer people as compared to a near to hundred person batch, abit like u got personal trainer in safra lah.
