Mine was done by the guy from lappyskins.blogspot.com in SLS.

$50 for the protector (matte more ex), another $35 for the back of the LCD. Got it done within an hour.

PS: Note that the screen might look a little grainy to you (not very obvious thankfully)

Whole experience has been bad for me. Order #95, made on 3 November. I am still waiting for confirmation whether my laptop has been even built or tested.

With Christmas and the New Year holidays coming, I am not holding out hope getting it this year. By the time my laptop arrives, it could well be obsolete.

Good luck to anyone else still waiting as well.

Hi illeGear,

Had been to your website to take a look at the pricing.
lol
It kinda competitive, but considering that in singapore you do not have a liasing point, its difficult to send for service when required.
But its so attractive since we can choose to pay in Ringgit and not having to pay for GST of 7%. haahaa

Hi there,

We are originally from Johor-Kluang.

Although we don't have a physical store in Singapore, we have an officer in sg area. He goes back to Malaysia 2 to 3 times per month. Few of our customers in Singapore did send their RMAs to him before.

We are working very hard to make you guys convenient. We are flexible in shipping and RMA methods. Feel free to talk to us in our website livechat system :s8:

Due to large demand of Sager laptops, our shipments have become more intensive now, the ETA is about 7 to 14 days even in this Christmas season.

Regards.

7 to 14 "days" is for normal order without additional cost.

The rush order is only for people who need their laptop ASAP.

Our rush order waiting+lead time (Payment clearance -> Delivered) is 5 to 7 days.

looking at their website, i guess the next delivery will come after holidays...

Frankly it's just nonsensical how this is turning out. Given some assurance it would ship Wed evening. But of course there's no word today.

And yes I fully expect news only after the holiday season, by which time it's a full 2 months after I had ordered. Simply unacceptable. No business should operate on a service level where it is "it arrives when it arrives".

Thumbs down so far from me.

Hi guys. someone looking to buy a sager laptop here. probably going to buy from mucro asia due to all the bad reviews for sgcubehub here. i'm looking at getting either np8150, 8170, or 8130. Any suggestions? I'll b bringing the laptop overseas to australia coming feb for my studies. Don't really need a very good laptop for my studies since my course is not IT-based, but I do 3d animation and graphic work moderately.

it's the first time i'm getting a sager laptop and i'm really quite stunned at all the options available for upgrade lols. any suggestions regarding what to upgrade, n what not to upgrade, would be much appreciated too.

Trying not to ask too much guys hahas but i still have one thing to ask. Is the AC adapter a 2-pin or 3-pin since it's a US laptop?

actually from what i read from your needs, its not essential to buy a sager
would adviced u actually to buy something that is more portable....
at a weight of about 3kg, do u really wan to drag it ard at sch?
Its a beast and its more of a desktop replacement instead of a portable laptop. Getting it due to replacing a desktop at my coming new house. Kinda small space, so resort to using laptop instead of a desktop.
Do consider getting other more portable and lightweight laptop with dedicated graphic card.

2cent thot.

going to call mucro asia to ask roughly ETA is when...
