News have reported 22 or 23 for Osaka. Full bloom plus 1 week from there about.

Normally when it first bloom till full bloom, it will be 1 week, thn another 1 week till it ended, correct? So there is still a chance to view on 6 april?

is it better to visit Shinjuku Gyoen Park early in the morning at 9am?

would the crowd be lesser, which is better for photo taking?

had booked a kimono session at 10am at Asakura for myself and wife. am afraid that it will be very crowded in the noon.

Dumb answer.
It is like saying having Japanese meals are 100% Japanese ingredients with Japanese chefs.

Go & see the Garden Sakura Matsuri.
Some Sinkie losers always sneer @ anything
done here. :o

Garden by the bay? Do they have sakuras with the snow too? Or together with the temples, rivers and festival celebration events?

Just ignore the odd one. There’ll always be some who are sour grapes with us always traveling to see festivals. Be it traveling with cheap deals or not.

I am just being objective. I would not recommend you come to Osaka to eat chilli crab at Umeda station. Many things have to be appreciated in the correct context.

By the way, looks like mid April is a bad time to fly as the Sakura blooming is not here or there? :s13:

yes bro. how many hours do you reckon I should stay at Shinjuku Gyoen?

I am not sure whether I wanna risk going to Shinjuku Gyoen on the 3rd morning.

My plan is to go Shinjuku Gyoen, Ueno Park and Chidorigafuchi in the 2nd Apr.

Any other suggested places to go on that day to take photo with us dressed in Kimono?

not necessary Hanami watching.

you mean asakusa? even if you go shinjuku gyoen at 9am, you won't be able to make it to asakusa by 10am though.

but i think morning should be better to take photos. i ended up in shinjuku gyoen in the afternoon think around 4-5pm. very crowded, cloudy sky and afternoon light also spoiling my photos. and the park is so big i haven't finished walking the park attendants start chasing people out already cos time for the park to close :s22:
