Sakura Trip 2016

Planning to go for a 9 days trip to Tokyo for the Sakura viewing next year Apr.
As this is gonna be the first time, so quite confused with the train system there.

Planning to stay in Tokyo for the whole trip. Will be visiting Disneyland and Sea, Mt Fuji and several places. So will it be okay to get a JR pass for just tokyo only?

For accomodation wise, advisable to get hotel or airbnb?

will not be worth it to get JR pass for travelling Tokyo. it is only worth it if u are taking shinkansen to far places, such as a round trip to Osaka. but since u only have 9 day, just stick to Tokyo and nearby places.
