Hi guys, is there any advantage to getting a gigabyte motherboard for a gigabyte windforce gtx 770. (same brand mobo/gpu better?)\

I am looking at ga-b85m-d3h or msi b85m-g43.
I also realised the gigabyte dont have sata 3.0 but msi offers that.

Advice please.

It wun boost ur pc by getting all same brands..

Both mobo that you listed have SATA3 ports...get the cheaper mobo with gigabyte 770

For gigabyte b85m0d3h, they gave legacy pci slots, whereas MSI gave pci-e slots. so can take that into consideration.

Just slowly learn how to assemble the pc yourself lah. Easier mah. And building a pc also not that difficult.

Get the satisfaction feel of turning it on for the first time.

Thermal paste dont put so much lah just a dap of it and spread it like kaya but of cause not all over lah.. You want steady type nothing beats DIY. Your own work and the way you want it to be. Shop really cannot do much. Just assemble for you but they dont really care your wire management.
