Thermal paste dont put so much lah just a dap of it and spread it like kaya but of cause not all over lah.. You want steady type nothing beats DIY. Your own work and the way you want it to be. Shop really cannot do much. Just assemble for you but they dont really care your wire management.

For which PSU? currently, only corsair have them... corsair only work for their brand ... seasonic has them, but it is by 3rd party, and very ex.. $100+ for the 3 main cables nia...

Diy buy the heat shrink and sleeve of your choice and fit them nicely. Cheaper some more.
