Get 850 Evo and use the difference for other items?

[monikernemo]

Actually I quite curious

If Pro 850 eol before its warranty period (which IMO is very likely to happen) will ts's RMA allow him to get a more recent product that is equivalent to the status of the Pro 850?

Get EVO. Both no difference in speeds at all.

To summarize,
if 850 pro price around 850 evo, get 850pro
if not 850 evo all the way

Just remember to photocopy the receipt. Likely to fade before your warranty end.

I have 512GB 850 Pro and 250GB 840 Evo. SEriously, I can't tell the difference.

I thought got read/write speed diff

[xxDonmaxx]

Got difference but u can't see it in real time. Both capped by sata 3 limit

Another thing is endurance. Pro probably will last u until Nvme becomes obsolete
