Local seller warranty of 5 yrs and based on reviews photos, there is no EA sticker so its overseas set. Better check how easy is it to RMA with Samsung USA 1st.

870 Evo is slightly faster than 860 Evo. I would get the 870 since the price difference is not much.

Just make sure you do not get the 870 QVO.

Check if it is Local or overseas stock.
Locally Samsung got promo 860 500GB - $89.
870 - $99, if you want to save money than get a the 860 will be fine.

Go for whichever is cheaper, assuming both are local stock, or both are oversea stock (which means no local warranty). In terms of performance, the SATA3 interface is the bottleneck, so I don't see that the 870 Evo will be any faster than the 860 Evo, especially in actual usage, and not running benchmarks.

Avoid the low endurance, poor performance QVO. Other than that, either 860/870 EVO are very competent SSD.
Both can outperform my PCIE4 SSD, zipping 1millions files. Somehow their smart caching is 3x faster handling multiple small files... only 970 Evo can beat them....

860 evo uses Samsung MJX controller and 64 layer TLC nand while 870 evo uses the updated Samsung MKX controller with 128 layer TLC nand. Tbh, not that big of an difference as speed is still limited by SATA interface and you should probably pick based on other factors i.e price, warranty etc
