Now the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 (2016) support Samsung Pay, Samsung’s simple, safe and virtually anywhere mobile payment service. Protected by fingerprint verification, Samsung Pay works with both Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) and Near Filed Communication (NFC) technologies.

The Galaxy A (2016) also comes equipped with an enhanced camera system for both brighter and clearer photos and videos. This advanced system includes Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to prevent image blurring, as well as a front and rear F1.9 lens to allow users to take the optimum photos in dark conditions. What’s more, with Samsung’s Quick Launch feature, double clicking the home button launches the camera in less than a second. The Galaxy A (2016) will be available in China in mid-December 2015 and will be expanded to global markets.

UPDATE (15/1/2016) :
The Galaxy A3/A5/A7 (2016) will be making its appearance to Singapore this January, starting tomorrow with the Galaxy A3 (2016), with the Galaxy A5 (2016) and Galaxy A7 (2016) coming on 30th January. Color choices includes: Black, Gold and Pink Gold.

Galaxy A3 (2016) → SIM 1(nano SIM) + SIM 2(nano SIM) or micro SD

Galaxy A5 (2016) / Galaxy A7 (2016) → SIM 1(nano SIM) + SIM 2(nano SIM) and a separate micro SD slot

Will the A5 support OTG? :s11:
One of the gripes with the current A5 is that it doesn't support OTG.

look lioke the a7 2016 is better than the A8 now .... and releasing in china mid dec.

the A7 looks really good. OIS, fingerprint sensor, 3GB RAM, 3300mah battery, fast charging. Not sure what processor it's using though, and i think most importantly will be the price. :s13:

I think the new A7 (2016) comes with 32 gb of internal memory will be good but think beside the 2015 A8 has 32 gb internal memory...the new 2016 A8 should also has 32 gb internal memory...

The problem is the price. Dk how much. And is a7 2016 better or a9? :S

Also this will be launching with Lollipop, which sucks cause A series probably won't be updated as quickly as higher end models. Marshmallow's SD card integration will come in really handy on a 16gb phone. Hope to hear more good news soon for SG market.
