Me. Bought for my wife Coral Blue last weekend. And bought another Black for myself for my 2nd phone yesterday

Impressive performance for the price of $440.

bought and sold after 3 days. I bought to try but feels lacking / good enough to be my daily driver despite the good price to performance ratio.

My take:
1) processor feels unresponsive.
2) limited camera capabilities.
3) on-screen fingerprint sensor seems like its included to "sell" the phone despite its poor quality.

Me. It's alright for the price. One UI is simple and runs smoothly on this phone.

Yeah what I dont get though is why Samsung pay is incompatible with A70 while Google pay works fine.

Camera is kind of mediocre though and the finger print sensor is kind of hit and miss.

No issue for me as i still using Samsung Pay on my S9+. A70 good enough for daily usage if dont require S-Pay and cam quality. To me the cam is a hit and miss which even flagship phones have that too. One UI is really polished imo. Love it since it came to my S9+.

The fingerprint scanner, while setup do it at 45 degree angle and slanting etc dont limit to 90 degree only. It works fine for me when a bit of grease on the finger. In aircon too dry can get difficult to detect.

That’s true. A Xiaomi Mi 9 will fix all those problems and will even include wireless charging but it costs $100 more but honestly its worth the higher price.

Bought A70 two days ago. The new One UI is not bad. But the under display fingerprint sensor is rubbish. And dun understand why Samsung Pay is not compatible with this phone

Precisely. Got NFC but S-Pay disabled!

The S10 models are also like that so not only A70.

I dont have high expectation on A70. With the price i'm ok. Using it as my 2nd phone so no need to baby the phone as i do for flagships.

For my wife, shes more than happy to get a new phone after using S7 Edge for so long. Her main usage mainly for whatsapp and ig so more than suffice for her usage.

S10 though the functions and technology is an upgrade from my S9+, i dont see much justification to upgrade. Maybe wait for Note 10.

well, i feel that we have more or less reached peaks in terms of tech in this area

waiting for the next game changer; similar to what happened when iphone first came out

One setback for me after almost a week of usage, still adjusting myself with no led notification. Lucky for a small compensation has AOD.

The freaking fp sensor is just horrible. Use back the old type and this phone would have been a winner.

Ah well seems some issue with the launcher after i switched to ms launcher did a reboot and its much better now!

There is suppose to be a update coming that will improve the finger print scanner! Otherwise the face unlock works pretty well too
