Anyway! After careful valuation of my usage!

I have decided not to upgrade to A80. Instead, I have chosen Huawei Mate 20X with its huge 7.2" screen lah!

You guys enjoy your new toys! Cheers! :s22:

The sad reality of Samsung is this. Samsung planned that the A80 would cost slightly less than the S10E, filling the gap between mid range and high end. What they didn’t expect was that their S10 Series depreciated much more than they expected, making the A80 seem overpriced all of a sudden, with the upcoming Note 10 about to overshadow the entire S10 series, and the A90 about to become the cheapest 5G phone to come out of Samsung, overshadowing the Note 10 when it releases, so what you basically end up with is this:
There’s no point in buying the A80 just as a phone because you could just get the S10 instead since they cost literally around the same price now.
Which means people who buy the A80 will probably only be people that actually like the pop-up camera system and like its massive screen and cool rotating camera.
But for those who have more money, you could just wait for the Note 10 instead.
And for those who want to jump on the 5G internet early and don’t want to pay the high price than you could just wait for the upcoming Samsung A90.

if 898 might as well get S10 series at 60 bucks more

Under hardwarezone price guide those handphone shops only sell $735. Worth it?
