2020 should be the year of 5G

hmmm so no rush getting this phone then. I am thinking if I should go Samsung to change my note 8 battery instead.

Charge 100%, when reach 50%, power off. So before reach 50%, need to charge already. If not, it will dropped 1% every min, 10 mins later, from 50% to 19%, then to 0%

Well, Samsung is leaning from Apple and those Chinese companies by removing 3.5mm jack, 1080P+ resolution, no memory card support, slower charging. They are forcing customers to get high end models with all these marketing approach. Their main focus is on Note10+ instead of Note10.

Note10 got memory support, up to 1TB.

I think just sell away your note8 and buy a new phone.

Who knows when it will fail

Yes. And cutting battery capacity as well. If Note 10 was priced lower, I think its justifiable. But too bad it cost even more.

Like gone with the Oppo Reno route. Which the 10x zoom has expanded storage but the normal Reno has Headphone jack which both Note10s does not have.

Sent from HUAWEI HMA-L29 using GAGT

At least Note10+ has an option whether to use or insert microSD card unlike other phones that doesn't even have this option??

Who needs micro SD card slot when you are given a 256 GB storage. My S9+ 256 GB don’t even have micro SD card inserted, let alone my Note9 with 512 GB. Only my S9 has micro SD card due to it is only 64 GB.

nah. Samsung is acting like Apple.. Giving more features to the expensive variant and cutting features on the cheaper one.

If anyone is looking for a good phone now, I will recommend ONePlus 7 pro! Way cheaper than Note 10.

Never experience that and hope will experience that soon. My Note 8 is 64gb with 128gb microSD card and no more space already.

Samsung has been going after the Samsung Experience for a couple of years now. What I mean is the inter-connectivity between the various Samsung devices and to other devices. As seen in the Unpacked, Samsung not only introduced the Note 10/10+, but also the Watch Active 2, the Book S, and partnership with Microsoft and UN.

It has been like this for a few years now. Introduce new hardware features in the S series and then add in more software collaborations with other 3rd parties, or introduce related new accessories for the Note series.

What if ur phone dies suddenly without backing up? Memory card can be a safer approach.

You got Google Photos right? There are so so many cloud backup for Android EXCEPT you cannot back up your app data. Most of the "Crucial" stuff can be safe. Even with a memory card if you drop your phone into a river can you get it back? With cloud backups.. I can

But with an external SD card.. I.. don't think so.

Hahaha, I dun use Google Photos for backing up my photos. I manually back up my photos. My point is Samsung is forcing customers to get higher models by removing essential features on the basic models.

MicroSD isn't an essential feature anymore. SD cards trend dropped a year or two back. It is a dying trend with the rise of cloud data cause it is simply more flexible. Headphone jack well.. that ship has sailed and sank now. Wireless is the trend.
