if i am not wrong, re-contract refers to your existing service provider (Starhub in this case).

If u are crossing over to M1, then u would need to sign a new contract with M1, but u can port your number over to M1.

er yes, i mean a new contract with m1 and end my existing contract with starhub. i have 2 mobiles(my wife and i) and a 3gb mobile internet.

I am thinking of jumping to M1, getting a s4 for my wife, note 3 for myself and fibre internet as well.

just that, i caculated the price of penalty for 3 contracts is around 150 dollars.

so i just wait till my contract end and forgo the galaxy note 3 this time round?

U must complete the contract than can port over... unless u pay the penalty.... how much u must call SH to ask..... but b4 u cancel make sure m1 know u r porting the nos from SH.... if u cancel with SH... liao... u wont b3 able to get back the nos....

If you are still on SH contract, the port over will not be successful. This is what m1 told me when I wana port over from singtel.

Yes went to try the demo set... saw white back case will get dirty easily.... but I think most of them will definitely get a case to protect it...

should be no problem coz will have certain time window for u to choose from. That is if they're still implementing the same system for note 2

i would suspect that u will have the pack redemption letter if u have the email notice. most probably the no of ppl re-ordered = no of ppl collecting on 27 Sep = the no of accessory pack available for redemption.

yup, probably a similar method as S4 accessory pack redemption.

on purchase you will get a redemption Letter from Sammy or Telco and head down to collect a few weeks later at Marina Sq.

Honestly speaking, most people would get cases n that will protect the back.

So there should be no worries.

Unless you plan in using it naked, better to go black.

The back cover is removable and replaceable. If dirty, buy a new one.
