Yeah did, still didn't work. Restart try try. The most i removed microSD later then try. Haiz, won't be using it i think until tmr or Sun after my mobilization. Still wondering how to transfer my Whatsapp and LINE chat over

Yeah can liao. Also removed the annoying Singtel pop out sticker at the back over before it's baked into it lol.

for whatsapp, just copy the entire folder into note 3. during installation it will prompt you whether to use the back up or not. make sure the both phones have got the same version of whatsapp.

Just for curious sake, under multi-window feature, does note 3 able to open two whatsapp windows in one screen? Also can do drag-and-drop copy-and-paste action?

Only can be done for chat on now, only the apps that are included in the list of multi window can support, let's hope they will optimize whatsapp for that soon!

Went to Samsung Experience store at Nex to collect as I had preordered. No queue at all. Just strolled in, was asked white or black, paid up and left. Easy peasy.

I wish Samsung had properly briefed their store people so there was less miscommunication. So many people here were told different things at different Samsung stores.

Some were told collection only in October. Some were told can choose colour (including pink). Others were told can't choose colour. Some were told to wait for phone call then come down, don't come if we didn't call you. I was told collection for preorder is on 28 Sep when Samsung FB page said 27 Sep.

I think the problem is the different stores are run by different companies. The one at next is run by Planet Telecom. I think other Samsung stores could be different companies.

Proper communication would have resulted in less unhappy customers and less ruffled feathers. Since this is not their first phone launch, I am surprised at these cork ups.

There is no known way to do it.

There are ways but its not easy and the programs you need to install look damn dogy, "iphoneextractor" for example... which i tried but need to pay & register...

i spent like 3hrs looking online last night but gave up.

on the upside, all my groups are still intact, just no messge history.
