Hi hi !

I brought and tested. Even hv a silicone cover over it since day 1.

I cannot get it to synced to Health365 fully.

Step - can sync but always much lower than what my Fitbit has. My Samsung Health needs to be at least 7500 steps and above to ensure the steps in Health365 meets 5000 steps.

Sleep - happened to sync once out of the blue and no more till date. I hv been wearing the ring since 1 Feb 2025. So now I am wearing both my ring and Fitbit before bed. Every morning, only Fitbit can sync to Health365. Ring can detect my sleep very accurately, but it is useless if it cannot sync to Health365 as the is the only purpose why I brought it.

MVPA - entirely cannot sync at all. So I tested by wearing the ring and my hsuband's fitbit watch during 2 or my exercises classes, one step class and one cycling, to ensure my heart rate confirmed get above what is needed.

After my classes, Fitbit synced steps and MVPA nicely to my husband's health365. My Samsung Health sync lesser steps than Fitbit which is a known problem so it is fine as long as I clocked 7500 steps and above. Samsung Health can detect my heart at 185 for 45mins from my ring, but sync 0 heart rate to Health365. After multiple syncings, my MVPS remains 0.

I used to wear their Samsung 4 watch, synced nicely to Samsung Health and then to Health365. Don't know why the syncing is not working.

Hv uninstalled and installes both Samsung Health and Health365 multiple time but still the same.

Anyone manage to sync MVPS and sleep successfully from Samsung Health to Health365?

Thank you in advance for sharing !
erm.... u cant sync 2 device to same h365 acct at the same time. unless u sync'ing ur data for dad or other family member with different acct :ROFLMAO:

i read halfway abit blur cos if u are sync with fitbit to h365, of cos samsung health cannot sync to h365. if u keep switching between the 2, the values will be off because it will cutoff / recalculate from the new time/ value when u sync the new device profile.

can u help to do a comparison with the step count in fitbit app vs samsung health app ( pure ring, no watch/phone, disable them in settings).

if h365 is not involve, does the 2 app show roughly the same data for steps/ resting heart rate / calories and other data ?

If leaving Health365 out, the steps count are relatively the same between ring and Fitbit watch, with ring having a lower count but smaller deviation.

Tks for your contribution!
i duno what i contribute but can u give some data ? its a good comparison since u wear both item and sync them to their respective apps and i assume configure to ur setting ( not ur husband)

pick any day ,
total step - fitbit / samsung
resting hr - fitbit / samsung
total calories burn- fitbit / samsung

The Galaxy Ring is not to be meant to work alone supposed to work with a Samsung watch... Otherwise, the data is inaccurate as per what i read... That why i didn't commit

i see like those XM tracker or the samsung fit
now the fitbit sense 2 is a proper smart watch and the sleep /step tracking is very accurate despite my rotating shift schedule. ( provide u wear it snug against ur skin).

i think hpb or some stat board has a scheme to give u fitbit versa/sense . in exchange u need to upload your health stats for their study. if fail to do so, need to pay 350$ or something.

it just look like a square apple watch on the outside.

The ring should synch with Samsung health > H365 cannot be direct

of cos lah. thats given de . h365 only sync to their own tracker. but under samsung health setup , probly she never choose to share all the data ( steps , heart , sleep etc etc ) but thats speculation since she dissappear already after saying the heart and sleep data cannot sync to h365

The verdict:

In the plus column: the convenience of the sizing kit, as well as the size, comfort and style of the ring itself. The battery life is excellent; in two weeks of wearing it, I only had to charge it twice to top up the battery and it was fully charged within minutes.

While it automatically tracks walking and running, you can also track different types of workouts and personalise them, which I found incredibly useful as I could see how much energy I typically burn during 30 minutes of Pilates.

However, I feel I got the most out of the sleep-tracking features. If I had poor sleep one night, I would get practical tips for recovery throughout the day and a better sleep the following night.
