Folks,

UI.7.0 Android 15 is live for F24. 🤗

I have installed it in the early morning at 4am! :)

Any review?
Overall. It's nicer than OneUI 6.1.

A more refined Notification shade/windows even though the content / text gets smaller.

However, one thing I don't like is that it doesn't show VoLTE logo on home screen as well on the locked screen now.

The VoLTE logo only shows up in the Notification shade when you pull the shade down. A very strange implementation indeed!

$530 for an 8/128 S24 FE ok?

Or A56?
Quite reasonable for S24FE 8/128. :)

You will not like the A56 / A series. They are much much slower and so so much less smooth. 😷! Coz they are the "budget" series! It's a No no! 😷. Else, you would regret later for sure! 😷 :censored:

wah. where you find this lobang? i look here and there, eventually going to settle for 24 FE.
because
1. got esim
2. i always wanted to try Samsung Dex
3. processor is fast.

was initially comparing it with Nothing 3a Pro. similar price. but all these 3 don't have.

Thinking of buying for my mum and considering this vs Pixel pro 8. Anyone thinks worth to buy the 256gb version at $650?

I will recommend s24 fe, not because I'm using one. S24 fe is almost 1 year old now, with s25 fe coming out soon. Pixel 8 pro is like almost 2 years old now, with pixel 10 coming soon. S24 fe battery life is fantastic, tensor processor just can't match up with it, with exynos.

Agreed to get S24FE. A read solid phone.

Also, Samsung phone. It's fully compatible with all apps and usages as Samsung is the leading Android phone working closely with Google / Android eco system, unlike those those Chinese brands which have compatibility issues.

Also, Pixel phone is too "plain" and over priced.

Thanks everyone, what is too “plain”?

After update it seems battery performance is better. Anyone else has the same impression?
