probly when the factory is ready , is "awaiting dispatch" . Up aeroplane to come changi is "shipped" . After reach changi , SF pick up the goods , then they update their own system & sms us

I guess nobody knows how their system works internally

I never received any SMS before and on the day of actual delivery done. i literally need to closely monitor the tracking provided in email.

the tracking provided in the email never work for me , it always forever say waybill incorrect but the SF sms's link for tracking work ( even tho samsung message app tell me its a scam)

Plus, if every item need recipient to sign-off, it is very troublesome on our end too

i buy samsung many year le. it used to have a few pages of paperwork where u need a pen to sign off and acknowledge the phone no issue , no defect etc etc ( before u even open the box)

thats why i was shock this round, the SF courier just throw the box at me and run

courier nowadays take pictures with the door unit number as evidences same as shopee and lazada or singpost deliveries etc..

i check the proof of delivery, he took the picture of the box before reaching my house ( near my neighbour cos my house is end of corridor ) and has no door number in the picture

yar but the previous guy claim the track via the link in the email. thats why i explain to him what happen to me ( only the courier sms link work)

this samsung sf delivery i noticed he just take pix of the box only yesterday..then later noon I saw the same guy delivering other big parcels...

No SMS nothing.

seems like their backend system very screw up

some people got SMS, no email

same thing every year. go lazada / shopee if really want reliablity on tracking.

Theirs pre order delivery really damn screw up. And customer service can do nothing to assist you except to cancel your order. Change to self collect also cannot. So just have to wait at home until the phone arrives. Their system is so screw up that I just feel like giving up and sell it and just stick to my iphone
