How to enable to get the 30x button on the camera interface?

I only see 10x then 100x but saw youtube review, there is a 30x in between 10x and 100x.

When you try to zoom via pinching the screen, then the 30x will show up..

Only charger was delivered. When call in to ask for the rest of items, the email replied was not going to deliver
