So, checking: I saw that my points for the S25 Ultra had not been credited after 3 weeks, so called to query. The Customer Service operator told me just now that my order had been placed under an "Employee portal", and hence my purchase did not qualify for reward points. That's the first time I've heard about an employee portal, and I thought I ordered through the normal Samsung Online store web site. And I don't recall seeing anything in my order that my order would not qualify for points either.
