Got a question, possible to switch the esim between my phone & this watch when I go for a run then switch it back to my phone after it?

Is the process troublesome or a few simple steps? or
do I have to get another esim account? if yes, possible to forward calls, whatsapp, sms etc over to my esim in my smartwatch?

and I checked with Myrepublic, they state that their esim is not compatible with smartwatch. I find it weird.

Once you are away from your phone for few mins, your watch will auto switch to using the esim for data and calls. Make sure you set mobile data to auto in the settings. I used the watch to listen to radio paired to my ear piece when I go for my runs with the phone
