My case, I got the watch from Gain City. I was asked to submit the request for redemption online. There was a reply to the request saying that someone will be contacting me to redeem. Been a week but still no news... :(
There should be a sticker on the box for you to scan and submit your receipts for redemption of the free gifts. If not, just Google for something like 'Samsung redemption' to get the link.

Registered already. Emailed them and they replied saying will receive a call redemption within 14 working days. Guess I'll have to wait....

Anyone facing issue subscrbing to number share? I'm with M1, using zfold6 with watch Ultra. I tried to setup mobile plan via wearable app but it prompted error and doesn't allow me to proceed. Anyone facing same issue?

Hi guys, got questions.

1. What telco esim works with Watch Ultra? I checked with TPGA, they said their esim only works with huawei and google watch.

2. Where is the Sleep Apnea function? I only see BP and ECG in the health app.

3. Is there any nap detection time?

Using starhubs number share, I can't find sleep apnea as well, but I've turned on snore detection on my phone since I charge it beside my bed. There is nap detection when I napped with it in the afternoon.

Qoo10 is having some financial difficulties, hence sellers have pulled out from Qoo10. Qoo10 Thread in Hardware Clinic is having disacussions over there.
