Anyone got issues with heart rate flat lining or not detecting after x minutes of workout? I got this issue with gear sports and sold it for a fitbit. I read on Samsung forum and a lot was stating the nightmare they have with the HRM, and even a youtube video on the issues..

Seeking for second opinion, Thinking of going back to Samsung watch if it is all good..

how come i can't update ah ?

I keep tap tap tap on that part also nothing happens

Both my phone and watch is on same wifi network

Connect your watch to your phone via Bluetooth.

Restart the app and try again.

i tried everything before i came posting on this thread liao

restart phone , watch
reset watch
restart app
clear cache from recovery menu

i even did a google search on why there is no response after tapping that part, unfortunately nothing came out.

i just wanna know if anyone kenah this before, if have how to solve it.

Or is it your watch auto installed the update already? Before update...the watch start up only show galaxy watch..now it show Samsung galaxy watch ..which I don't like

got update never update still works as per normal.

Put ur watch closer to ur phone when updating. Mine was updated few days ago without any problem.

1. Open Galaxy Wearable app
2. Click on About Watch
3. Click on Watch Software
4. Click on Download Now
5. Click on Install

I didn't even have to touch my watch throughout the process lol.

Did anyone noticed your estimated battery life remaining is shorter than before after this current update?

When the first update came just after it’s launch, I am able to get up to 3 days of usage or minimum 2 days 20+hr on full charge. On 42mm, HRM set to 10mins, Wifi off.

After this second update, a full charge only gives me 1 day and 23 hours of estimated usage. No change in usage patterns.

Hmm... Not for me I think lol. My battery life remains the same however, I can't connect to Healthy 360 after the update.

Any one know where can I replace s2 battery? Its no longer under warranty battery died off less than a day
