Why cannot? If it is deem faulty and verified at service centre, they will change for you.

yes... usually there is a different clause for charger and battery... the phone body itself maybe 1 year.. but the charger and battery is usually just 6 months.. u need to check what is written in the warranty card..

I bought mine in Nov 2012.

Send for repairs in Feb. Asked for replacement charger, got 1 on the spot.
