Samsung Note 20 Ultra issue.

I own a Exynos Note 20 ultra telco set. The unit I have drains power very fast. It could drop as fast as 12 percent in 1 hour simply by surfing Web n WhatsApp only. One day must charge 3 times. Follow the advice to turn on adaptive power, adaptive display, turn off always on display and edge display already. Not on 5G. But still like that. Is this normal?
