Samsung Note II Crash

Hi All

My Note II just crashed on me and now, i am unable to use it. When i try to switch it on, it just displays the "Samsung Note II" screen, and when i try charging, it just shows an empty battery. Anyone know how i can revive the phone without losing any data? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't think so... u need to hard reset... data will be gone, but seems that's the only way to see whether can boot up the phone or not...

really sorry to hear about this man... but the bro above is correct, kena boot loop no choice only solution is factory data reset.

bring your phone into recovery mode, clear cache and factory data reset

after that be more diligent in backing up your important data
