my mac and windows didn't detect any device connected.

r u plugging into usb2.0 port n then turn on the cam?
did windows report n say no device driver found?

i resolved it already. figured out im not using the Samsung cable provided.

but now another problem surface. I want to transfer photos from the camera to my iphone using the directlink. when I connect to the phone wifi, my iphone 5s couldn't connect to the cam's wifi though it can detect it.
