Hmm seems to me that the code looks very generic.

Not surprised that everyone who redeemed got the same code.

Feel so cheated. Duno who to contact now.

use Samsung members app.. within the app got options to either live chat Samsung support during their operating hours or you can select the option to call directly..

the live chat service should be available on their website directly as well but using the app I can skip the process of providing them my personal or phone details (IMEI/serial number etc.).

You can as Long as your have registered your Samsung Pay card with them during the Mobile ABT beta which last I recalled they have stopped taking in people already

Hi guys.

Just redeemed a $5 shopee voucher for 1000 points and when i go to redeem in the shopee app it says fully redeemed. Wth?

There is no help or contact service in the samsung pay app. Where to i seek help or refund for my 1000 points?

Update: issue resolved. contacted both shopee and Samsung members. Shopee credited a $5 voucher to my account after 3 days of emailing.

Must find out 1st.. cos some cashier really blur and don't know anything... At least 1 person already tried and success so if the cashier blur, at least I know how to advice her..

Hahas.. they have been briefed already, unless it’s a rookie.

The process is Iike you have to order from counter, not the self service kiosk.

Once go there, tell them U wanna buy the meal and pay with Samsung pay that’s all. One receipt 2 set meals only, and u can buy many times.. lol..

show samsung pay on your phone they deduct $2 using Samsung pay
