I'm using s24 fe samsung pay, my card is added as a transportation card. Sometimes when I go on bus and tap, it can't tap, happens on both boarding and exit. Does anyone have this problem as well? It's very irritating especially when exiting the bus or when boarding the bus and there's many people. Knn.

The nfc reader is at the middle of the back of the phone, at least it is for the s23u. Try to tap around that area.

tap agar agar the bottom of the camera to the sensor . its around there.

i wonder why samsung doesnt want to shift the nfc antenna to the top of the phone like what iphone did.. this nfc antenna issue from my last samsung S9+ until now still havent change..

you had hit the limit to add...call the bank to check and remove for you. Sometime it auto remove itself after a few days.

Max is 4 devices but i only have added into total 2. After i Googled, surprisingly a lot of ppl have this issue. And banks n samsung both can't resolve. Now i have apply for a replacement card brand new number see how it goes.

I can't add back to my galaxy watch as well. It's working on my mobile phone though. Can't even manually add it into samsung wallet from the watch

Max is 4 devices. You can try call the bank to see what they can do. I received my new cards with new no. from maybank and dbs. Successfully added maybank back but dbs one I need to call in cos cs says they will need to call samsung and settle it internally.
