The prizes dun really seem attractive to me leh...anyone ever won any prize from spin wheel?
I just tried 11 times. not a single item...
at least there's some rewards unlike other payment method. We can just keep the points (before expiry) and hope something good comes along. There's cny coming soon 
bought something small and 2 shops were keen to see what MST is all about but I got slapped with 3% credit card charges 
I believe most of the businesses when they think of Samsung pay, they tend to associate with only "wave and tap" function, which is not true for Samsung pay since it supports mst. So they will reject you if they don't support paywave/masterpass and such establishment like hospitals will tend not to have this function because bills are usually on the higher side where there is amount capped per wave transaction currently.
However do note that some of the newer machine no longer have the magnetic stripe reader, so we got to be observant on our part.
Nonetheless the last time I used MST was at simlim square.
cgh also recently upgraded all their ocbc payment terminals to accept contactless payments..Gleneagles will not slap you with just 3% surcharge for sure but, it works at Gleneagles for sure. Tested and proven by me.
One of the reasons why they refuse using Samsung pay is because they don’t know what card you are using, and the expiry date of your card. Too avoid these, management has passed down instruction not to accept it without giving the rationale. This is not just for gleneagles, other Hospitals around are also doing the same thing.
However for SGH, I saw them displaying the Samsung pay Apple Pay android pay logos at their retail pharmacies, and also I saw the huge self-paying kiosks at NHG-polyclinics displaying such acceptance to payment modes.
One way to convince these ignorant chaps is to be firm with your payment method. There is no reason why a merchant accepts physical card but not willing to accept Samsung pay. But of cos, you have to give them the details like your bank card name, visa/master/Amex and expiry dates lor...
