Original cases are too expensive to be redeemed.
Try getting spigen for value for money.
I am using a cheap $5 case from shopee and loving it.

Those are for playing games and winning them. You use the points to play a game. Not purely redemption. I used about 170 points and did not win anything.

Never had that problem but I also new user. Used probably 6 times, all rewarded
