i believe the promo is coming soon. currently samsung pay allows u to add the cards only, doesn't mention about the promo...

Samsung Pay has a promotion menu. If you click on it, there is no UOB card promotion currently.

anyone knows if i can use samsung pay to pay for busfare and mrt? im using the smrt visa card now.. so if i add this card to the samsung pay will it work?

called citi to verify, they said can.. but duno can be trusted.. so asking here to see if any1 done it b4

in version 2.7.15 of Samsung Pay, there is a "Transport card" icon that you can select. You will need a EZ-Link transit SIM card for this function to work

But if you are adding your SMRT VISA card, then maybe it will not work(???)

i saw a guy use his phone to exit bus and on screen is a DBS live fresh credit card pic.

duno wat pay app he use...

anyway juz hold ur card on hand.. in case cant go thru.. then u use card or wait until and see less or no ppl, faster try

oh...and i saw it this afternoon on a SBS bus... i wana try using my CIMB master which i link to the ABT account to try but Samsung pay does not support CIMB

the account-based ticketing (ABT) currently in pilot test, and only supports MasterCard physical card, mobile payment not yet supported.
so your Visa card not supported, samsung pay also not yet.

i'm also waiting for ABT to support mobile payment.

those on pilot test will know that virtual device (wearables including smart watches) will be enabled in the future, hopefully in the near future...

When logged onto the portal for ABT, such virtual device legend can be seen, i guess its in preparation for launch..
