No fight. The S4 trumps the S3 in all areas.

The battery lasts longer according to test done by gsmarena:
Samsung Galaxy S4 battery life tests are done, here's how it did - GSMArena Blog

The screen is bigger and better. Even though both uses Amoled, the Pentile arrangement has been optimized on the S4 resulting in a better display.

Speed wise, again no fight. Benchmarks shows the S4 truimps the S3. The onboard ram is also double.

For the OS, it offers much more than the S3. However, updates are rolling out for the S3 where certain features for the S4 are included.

The only reason to consider S3 vs S4 is price? batt, speed, display, OS... everything in relation to price. is increase in speed, better display etc, worth the extra cost?

In my opinion, if you are currently using S3 and switch to S4, other than the better screen, there is little different in user experience between the 2. I used my cousin S4 for a day to come to this conclusion.
When I use the S4 , I do not feel any performance leap compare to S3. Of course I must say the screen display is better for the s4.

Do you think is worth for the S4 or just stay in S3.

Your S3 is 3G or the LTE version? If 3G then its worth it IMO, as I came from a 3G version of S3 , the extra ram, larger/clearer display and 4G speed are factors that tempt me to upgrade.
