Samsung S5 LTE on M1

I'm using the Samsung S5 LTE on a pre-paid M1 card.

Enabled Mobile Data
On LTE Radio.
M1 setting via refreshed #100*8*9#
Restarted phone.

But all I'm getting is H+ icon on low 3G transfer speed (less than 10Mps).
My Dad's Note 2 on 4G is getting better speed than me.

Any one has same experience? Please share work around/resolution. Thanks.
